Library Membership

Everyone is permitted to read in the library, but one must apply for membership to be eligible to borrow from the collection. Membership application forms are available at the Circulation Desk.

Required Documents and Fee

Students

  • Student ID card
  • Free of charge

Faculty / Guest lecturers / Teaching assistants (TA)

  • Staff ID card or a certifying letter from the dean of the school
  • 1 inch photo (for Guest lecturers and Teaching assistants)
  • Free of charge

Staffs

  • Staff ID card
  • Free of charge

Alumni member

  • 1 inch photo
  • A copy of ID card or Government ID card
  • A copy of the first page book bank
  • Fee - 
    • Member card 50 Baht
    • Membership 200 Baht /Year
    • Damage  Deposit 500 Baht
      (A damage deposit is refunded when the membership is over by requesting at the circulation desk with a receipt of the payment)

External member

  • 1 inch photo
  • A copy of ID card or Government ID card
  • A copy of the first page book bank
  • Fee - 
    • Member card 50 Baht
    • Membership 500 Baht /Year
    • Damage  Deposit 1,000 Baht
      (A damage deposit is refunded when the membership is over by requesting at the circulation desk with a receipt of the payment)

 

PULINET Card Member (for interlibrary loan)

PULINET Card is for borrowing book(s) from libraries of universities in PULINET Network .
